Hello!
We are happy to invite you to the world of Yoga and Biodynamics!
And if Yoga has a centuries-old history, then Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (hereinafter Biodynamics) has appeared and is developing since the middle of the last century. But it is an excellent scientific tool for understanding man and the connection between esoteric and science.
Yoga and Biodynamics
Speaking of Yoga and Biodynamics, we will often deal with similar approaches and experiences. Yoga means “oneness”. In the simplest materialistic view, we can talk about the human body as a single, integrated system. This principle is used in Craniosacral Therapy and Biodynamics. Also, we can talk about the unity of man, as a multi-level system of the physical body, the psychological and mental layers and perhaps something else. Biodynamics also works. We can talk about the relationship between man and the environment (natural and social environment), this approach is used in Biodynamics. And we can talk about the basic unity of man and the world at the level of consciousness. Atman is Brahman. Individual consciousness is absolute consciousness. The human individual “I” is the continuation of the absolute divine consciousness. In Biodynamics passing layers of natural rhythms, level by level, we find the source of basic human health, in the original filled with immobility.
Craniosacral Therapy
In order not to be confused, in terms we will talk about two approaches in Craniosacral therapy: more traditional, associated with working with craniosacral rhythm and craniosacral system (skull and spine) and biodynamic, even more soft, aimed at even deeper layers and rhythms, and a source of basic health.
In practice, in therapy, depending on the tasks, we use both approaches, and in no case do we give up the achievements of traditional medicine and science.
